OhgoodLord. The Hillary! and Obama State Department has now shown the whole world how much they really do detest everything about our own nation. They have submitted a report to the United Nations detailing how our country violates human rights constantly, and discriminates against every person who is not a white, male, heterosexual, conservative, non-elderly Christian. If this story doesn’t make you want to puke, you must be an extreme left wing liberal, but it gets worse. The report specifically calls out Arizona’s SB1070, essentially putting Arizona’s state law up for review by the United Nations. Needless to say, Governor Brewer is PISSED!

Speaking of human rights violations and discrimination, the liberals keep screaming about how intolerant and hateful the right wing nutjobs (also known as all non-liberals) are toward America’s peace-loving muslim population. Every utterance or action that is in opposition to the Followers of the Pedophilic False Prophet of Hate is considered “hate” by the left. Muslims are VICTIMS every day! Really? Let’s take a look at the facts, shall we? The “hate crimes” figures are now available for 2008. There were 7,783 incidents that year that were classified as “hate crimes”, which should mean (according to the left) that 7,700 “hate crimes” were probably committed by us evil, racist, ignorant Southern folk. Oops. Sorry, but 1,381 of them, 17.74%, were committed in the liberal enclave known as Cauli-forneeea. Were muslims the main target nationwide? So sorry, but muslims were victims only 105 times, or 1.35% of the time. Jews were the victims over 10 times as often as muslims.

As long as the “Religion of Peace” is the topic, why don’t we take a look at the muslims who performed a trial run for another aerial terrorist attack this week? The Crawfish is sure that it is just a coincidence that they are muslims.

Let’s complete this circle and head back to Arizona and their fights against the Sovereign State of Arizona. The Affirmative Action Attorney General’s Injustice Department has filed yet another lawsuit. This time, it is against the Maricopa County Colleges, because they had the unmitigated gall to ask non-citizens for their green cards before giving them jobs! That’s DISCRIMINATION!!!!! It seems that federal law does not require that non-citizens be able to prove that they do in fact have green cards to get jobs in the United States, even though that is the sole purpose of the cards. Does this madness have an end?

A nutjob armed with a gun and homemade bombs took hostages at the Discovery Channel’s headquarters in Maryland. When word of the incident hit the airwaves, liberals were pleased, since this had to be another conservative kook whose actions would help lead them to overturning the Second Amendment. Unfortunately for the libs, the moron was a liberal envirowacko and big fan of The Prophet Algoracle. If you want a good series of chuckles, take a gander at his manifesto. I’m talkin’ seriously whacked out. Thankfully, the police have spared the taxpayers the expenses of a trial and incarceration.

The Arrogant Imbecile is at it again. Press Secretary Gibbs was on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday morning and tried to tell Gretchen Carlson that CANDIDATE Obama said, during the debate over the “Surge” in 2007, “adding 20,000 men and women into Iraq would improve the security situation.” Gretchen called him on it, but Gibbs insisted “He (Obama) said there was no doubt that adding 20,000 men and women would improve the security situation.” In fact, Obama flat out stated in January of 2007, “I am not persuaded that 20,000 additional troops in Iraq is going to solve the sectarian violence there. In fact, I think it will do the reverse.” Do these jerks really think that we will believe their lies? Don’t they realize that we know how to look up stuff on the internet?

Speaking of a surrender by our Administration, they proved this week exactly which side they are on in the war of Islam vs. the World. The Affirmative Action Attorney General, at the direction of King Bu’raq al Obama, ordered the Injustice Department to drop the charges against the coordinator of the attack on the USS Cole. Roger Clemons faces trial for lying to Congress, but no charges for a muslim who kills United States Navy Sailors. Yep, that makes sense.

Don’tcha hate it when even the Associated Press puts out stories showing that what Obama and Biden have to say is just spin? This Recovery Summer really hasn’t been too kind to Gaffes.

The Noo Yawk Post published a column about teachers complaining after looking over the Regents exam and its passages about religious movements in history. The passages were all positive concerning Islam, but slammed Christians as backward, behind the times, and destructors. The Blog Prof has a good column on this controversy.

Even the Eye-talians have recognized that Islam isn’t a valid religion. They are denying the muzzies the revenue from taxes that the rest of the religions in Italy get.

There’s some weird stuff goin’ on in Houston. An ACORN-style group has tried to get thousands of illegal and phony voter registration cards accepted, and as soon as it was discovered, the warehouse that has all the records and voting machines somehow burns to the ground. I smell a Community Organizer and some purple-shirted union thugs, although the local Democrats are blaming Republicans.

Poll Katz e-mailer “Ginny” figured out why Conservatives and Constitutionalists are considered to be the “right”, while socialists, Marxists, fascists, liberals, and Democrats (sorry for repeating myself there) are considered to be the “left”. She took scholarship money and gave it to her relatives and to children of her staffers, in violation of nepotism rules. She was asked about it last week and denied the allegations, but when the evidence was put in front of her, she said that she had “unknowingly” given the scholarships to her relatives and the children of staffers. Unknowingly, my arse!

Get a load of this one. Secretary of Education Duncan had an e-mail sent out to all of the Department of Education staff “inviting” them to attend the not-so-reverend Al “Tawana Brawley” Sharpton’s anti-Beck rally. What would have happened in the liberal press if a Bush Cabinet official had put out such an e-mail “inviting” department staff to a conservative rally in DC?

The children that are running this Administration are trying to screw up the military yet again. This time, they are contemplating disestablishing a major Navy command, the US Second Fleet. Second Fleet is responsible for training, qualifying, and certifying all naval units that deploy to the Atlantic, Mediterranean, and the Middle East. They are also responsible for the western part of the Atlantic Ocean, including the American east coast.

Once upon a time, this was my favorite cartoon series. Too bad “The Mighty Heroes” only ran for a couple of years and was never released in syndication by Terrytunes.

For those of you who say that our government cannot and will not issue directives to make amnesty for illegal aliens a reality, I have some special news for ya. They’re already doing it. The federal government is moving to dismiss deportation cases against illegals if they have no other criminal records, saying that they only have the capacity to deport 4% of the non-drybacks per year. Sorry, but we have the capacity to deport each and every one within the next month if The Chosen One would give the order.

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has once again brought up one of The Crawfish’s pet peeves. They have ruled that memorial crosses along the highways of Utah violate the “establishment clause” of the First Amendment, and therefore must be removed. The “establishment clause” reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” What part of the State of Utah putting up crosses to memorialize fallen members of their Highway Patrol is Congress making a law? The 10th Circuit needs to learn how to read.

Here’s an interesting headline on Drudge…”24% Think Obama Muslim”. Since it is a poll and article from Time, they say that these people “mistakenly” believe that the muslim is a muslim. The Crawfish says that the headline should be “76% in denial of the truth”. Even the Noo Yawk Slimes admits that Obama was born a muslim and that converting away from Islam is the worst crime in the muslim world (comes with an automatic death sentence), yet somehow the muslim world supports him. If he had indeed truthfully left Islam, they would be calling for his death, not welcoming him.

Am I missing something here? Late in the last century, the Democratic Party officially took the stance that lying under oath was a perfectly legitimate thing for a President to do. Every single Democrat in the Senate voted to acquit William Jefferson Clinton in his impeachment trial. Now those same Democrats are charging a baseball player with felony counts of lying to Congress, and he could go to federal prison if found guilty. Lying under oath in court is okay, but lying to Congress about a friggin’ game that Congress has no business involving itself in is worth sending a man to prison?

When is a bridge not a bridge? The answer is that an unguarded bridge that crosses the Rio Grande River, allowing illegals to bypass the part of the border fence that actually has been built, is called a “grade control structure” by liberals. I guess this is kinda like trying to decide what the meaning of the word “is” is…

In effect, that makes her statement the official position of Jerry Brown, unless he publicly repudiates it, fires Evans from her position, and returns every pink penny that she raised for him. Californians, let’em have it!

Senator Michael Bennet (D-Colorado) might have the only functioning brain cells in the Senate Democratic Caucus. “We have managed to acquire $13 trillion of debt on our balance sheet,” he said. “In my view we have nothing to show for it.” Too bad the rest of his party doesn’t agree.

Compare those words to the words of Senator Max Baucus (D-Montana, where men are men, women are men, and sheep are scared) concerning the 2000+ page Obamacare bill, which he helped write. “I don’t think you want me to waste my time to read every page of the health care bill. You know why? It’s statutory language. We hire experts.” Huh? YOU SENATORS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WRITING IT, but you don’t know how to interpret the language that you wrote? You need experts to translate your own words and yet you expect Americans to understand and love the bill? You expect doctors to understand it? Why don’t you resign from the job that is evidently too tough for you and go “enjoy” some sheep.

Gaffes Biden is back in campaign mode. Now he says of the GOP and Tea Party folks, “They offer [a] combination of the old failed policies of the [George W.] Bush administration and a new set of draconian ideas basically on steroids.” That’s funny, since most of the policies of the Bush Administration are rejected by the Tea Party supporters, and the Tea Party “draconian ideas” are based on the actual words of the Constitution. Gaffes also says that the Democrats “know the government isn’t going to heal the economy.” Well, then why are all of the Democrats’ policies based on the government running every single aspect of life in America? He also says that there’s “no doubt we’re moving in the right direction” on a day when the Commerce Department announced that new home sales had dropped to their lowest rate in history. Joe, you are indeed a moron.

An American institution is coming to an end. No, I’m not talking about the Constitution…yet. Cathy Guisewite started the comic strip “Cathy” 34 years ago, and it will make its final appearance on Sunday, October 3rd. For making us all, especially America’s women, laugh for all those years, Cathy Guisewite gets a salute from this retired Sailor.

For those folks who are still blaming W for the credit collapse of 2008, Investor’s Business Daily has an editorial that is simple to read and exposes how it was the Democrats who caused the train wreck, and how they are trying to make it happen all over again. This one’s so simple that even a liberal should be able to understand it. I did say SHOULD!

The Obama Equal Opportunity Commission now says that it is racial discrimination for employers to run criminal background checks on job applicants because blacks and Hispanics are much more likely to be criminals. First of all, if blacks and Hispanics have higher rates of criminal activity, that’s their own fault. Secondly, it is SMART for employers to check the criminal backgrounds of potential employees. Lastly, what gives the federal government the right to have ANY say in the hiring practices of employers? If Billy Joe, Jim Bob, and Bubba Redneck want to open a sporting goods and bait shop in Bassackwardsville, and they know that their probable shoppers are not exactly friendly towards women or blacks, then why should the government be able to tell them that they HAVE to hire a black woman?

Maxine Waters’ ethics investigation just got a bit more interesting. The CEO of the bank that she helped out has been living quite large on the bank’s dime, and since Waters is such a good friend, she must have known.

It gets better. Why is it that no black politicians or public figures (according to the race lords NO blacks, period) are ever responsible for their own actions when those actions are illegal? Maxine is now officially blaming the Bush Administration for her ethics violations. Yep, it is all whitey’s fault, especially that eeeeeevilllll W.

The Obama-proclaimed “Recovery Summer” continues, as first-time jobless claims rose to their highest point since February. So how’s that Hopey-Changey thing workin’ for ya?

See-BS News posted an interesting column. It seems that they have caught on to His Majesty’s use of language to bamboozle the people. Since taking office, he has declared no less than FIFTEEN different issues to be a “top priority” of himself and his Administration. Of course, those of us who have been paying attention know that he only has two top priorities: the destruction of our Constitution and the destruction of our nation.

Dingy Harry Reid is busted with his own words. In 1993, he proposed legislation with language that is exactly what conservatives consider to be the proper reading of the 14th Amendment. Let’s take a look at what his proposed legislation said:
“TITLE X—CITIZENSHIP 4 SEC. 1001. BASIS OF CITIZENSHIP CLARIFIED. In the exercise of its powers under section of the Fourteenth Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Congress has determined and hereby declares that any person born after the date of enactment of this title to a mother who is neither a citizen of the United States nor admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident, and which person is a national or citizen of another country of which either of his or her natural parents is a national or citizen, or is entitled upon application to become a national or citizen of such country, shall be considered as born subject to the jurisdiction of that foreign country and not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States within the meaning of section 1 of such Article and shall therefore not be a citizen of the United States or of any State solely by reason of physical presence within the United States at the moment of birth.” Now he considers people who agree with those words to “either taken leave of their senses or their principles.” What an idiot.

Here’s a real shocker. Our muslim President has come out in favor of the Conquest Mosque near Ground Zero. He really enjoys spitting on the American people, doesn’t he. This is NOT a religious freedom issue. This is our sworn ENEMY building a monument to their greatest attack on our nation, a monument that will also be a recruiting center and training site for future attacks on us. Whether our politicians and media will ever admit it or not, we are in a war with Islam and it will not end until one side is completely eliminated, and that is according to their Koran.

Meanwhile, while the Democrat politicians are falling all over themselves to make that Conquest Mosque a reality, the Greek Orthodox Church that was destroyed on 9-11 still has not been rebuilt, and the politicians are putting up roadblocks against it. The church is not allowed to rebuild on their own property, and their dome cannot extend higher than the 9-11 memorial, yet the Conquest Mosque can be built up 13 stories. In these tough times, Americans are cutting back and having to sacrifice. Then there’s The Chosen One and micHELLe Antoinette. They are the poster children for extravagance and excess. As I have said puh-lenty of times, he always wanted to be President, but he never wanted to BE President. They love the power, perks, and adulation, but avoid the responsibility and duty as much as humanly possible.

There are some other liberals who won’t sacrifice. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, but the city of Oakland had to lay off 10% of the police force, and now I know why. Take a look at the salaries and benefits given to those union stooges! Their ROOKIE salary is more than TRIPLE what a first-year enlisted military person makes, and over DOUBLE what a Noo Yawk City cop makes.

The Arrogant Incompetent (aka Press Secretary Gibbs) lost it again. This time he’s calling the LEFTIST critics of Obama “crazy” and saying they need to be drug tested. The Crawfish finds it difficult to believe that there are actually people to the left of Obama.

Five “Republicans” proved on Thursday that they are in actuality far-left liberals and oppose the Constitution of the United States. They all voted in favor of Elena Kagan for the position of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. Three of them were no surprise, as they have made it a habit to vote with the far-left: Olympia Snowe-job, Susan Collins, and Lindsey Grahamnesty. Also opposing the Constitution were Judd Gregg and Richardcranium Lugar. Gregg is retiring, thank God, but the other four need to be removed from office at the earliest possible moment.

The Governor of the Great State of Texas, Rick Perry, has told Washington “NO!” when they have tried to force Texas to accept money with lots of strings attached. The result is that the left wingnuts in Congress have attached language to a $10,000,000,000.00 education funding attachment to a war supplement bill that specifically puts Texas into a different category from the rest of the nation and would force Texas to violate our state constitution in order to comply. Governor Perry has this reply to the schmucks in DC.

You really have to love it when the Democrats give the shaft to one of their core constituencies in order to please another one. In their great bailout of the teachers unions and government employee unions, the libs took $12,000,000,000.00 from America’s leeches and their food stamps. They are claiming that this is not a bailout of the unions, but since the money is directed to keeping teachers, cops, and firefighters (all unionized) on the job (remember that by the rules of almost every union, the people who would be laid off are the ones who are new to the job and actually work while the ones who have seniority or “tenure” can sit on their asses and do nothing all day and still get paid max wages).

Welcome to the “Recovery Summer” as proclaimed by Hussein and Gaffes. Does a net job loss of 131,000 jobs in July and a negative adjustment of 97,000 jobs in the May/June timeframe show economic growth and success for the so-called “stimulus”? This is the kind of “recovery” that causes Administration economic advisors to resign. If we can get some adults to run Congress and the White House instead of the clowns and children in there now, we might be able to turn it around eventually.

Since he assumed the throne in January of 2009, King Barak I has bailed out GM and Chrysler and turned GM over to the union thugs at the UAW (Note: The Crawfish is a card-carrying member of the UAW). So how do the leftists and Big Union look after the rank and file workers? They decide to build up a plant in Mexico for the next line of vehicles and engines. That is gonna really help out American workers, ain’t it.

There are times when you really have to wonder what the union leaders are thinking. The teachers union in Milwaukee is up in arms concerning one of their medical benefits that is no longer. The school budget in Milwaukee, just like most other public school systems, is so small that the students have to provide many of the classroom supplies. Many teachers are being laid off, and since this is a union the ones being let go will be those with the lowest seniority instead of those who are crappy teachers. So the union is making a demand for an unnecessary prescription drug that will cost the school district more than keeping 12 new teachers. Yep, unions really care about their members…wait…which members are we talking about?

The surrender to Islam is underway in the United States. A judge in Noo Joisey denied a Moroccan woman a restraining order against her ex-husband. The man has repeatedly raped his now-former wife, but Judge Joseph Charles ruled that he was just acting upon his muslim beliefs, so it was all well and good. No, “judge”, rape is rape and the perp needs to be sent to prison for a lengthy stay. This “judge” is, of course, a Democrat. He is a former member of the Noo Joisey General Assembly and the Noo Joisey Senate. He was appointed to the Noo Joisey Superior Court by Governor McGreevey, who himself was forced to resign from office when it was found out that his marriage to a woman was a sham and that he had a male lover (an Israeli) whom he appointed to the position of Noo Joisey Homeland Security Advisor.

It gets worse. The ACLU and the far-left Center for Constitutional Rights are teaming up to represent (on a pro bono basis) the father of an Al Qaeda recruiter who is linked to the attempted Christmas Day airline bombing in Detroit and with the Fort Hood massacre. The poor misunderstood lad is on a list of designated terrorists that some say is also a target list. Any American-based organization that gives aid and comfort to our enemies in wartime is committing treason, and every single board member of those two organizations should be arrested and charged with that treason, tried, convicted, and executed by firing squad the next day.

The hate-filled imam of the proposed Ground Zero Conquest Mosque has friends in high places, by that The Crawfish means the Oval Office and the SecState’s office. The State Department is sending him on a trip to the Middle East to recruit for Al Qaeda and to raise money for the conquest mosque. Okay, that’s not the OFFICIAL business of the trip, but it is what he is going to do. Oh, and this will all be paid for by you and me.

There are times when Democrats propose things that turn me into John McEnroe. The man who almost became President in the 2004 elections just provided one of those moments, proving once again that liberals are working for the downfall of our nation. Yes, let’s bring over a bunch of muslims who are in the prime age groups for Islamic terrorists, and let the “city planners” have access to the underground passageways of Noo Yawk City, so they can plant tons of C4 and semtex in relative cool temperatures and undisturbed by anyone. “You cannot be serious!”

Well, I’m glad to see that some of the Republicans have finally awakened and started doing some research on what the socialists are doing with OUR tax dollars. A report was released this week detailing some of the expenditures from the so-called “stimulus” bill. The report is over 70 pages long, but you can get a good idea from scanning the table of contents. Let’s see….$54,000,000.00 to the Mohegan Tribe (which is swimming in money from their mega-casino and resort) for a tribal government center that will also include a practice facility for the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun (which plays in the Mohegan Sun Arena, part of the Mohegan Sun Resort), $1,200,000.00 for research into marketing video games to seniors, $193,956.00 to “estimate the impact of stimulus funds on the perceptions of citizens and the choices of local community decision makers” (here’s a hint: if the people knew what you were spending it on, they’d be even MORE PISSED OFF!), $554,763.00 to replace the windows in a Forest Service Visitor Center near Mount St. Helens (the center was closed in 2007 and boarded up, with no plans to ever re-open). Do ya get the point? Outrage after outrage.

I found it to be quite telling when the front page photos in most major newspapers on Thursday showed people celebrating the fact that a judge had ruled in favor of unfettered illegal immigration. Yes, let’s CELEBRATE the breaking of our federal laws. Once upon a time, America’s newspapers were in favor of the United States. Too bad for them that the judge just ruled on her liberal beliefs and not the law. The basis of the Arizona law was already upheld by the Supreme Court with the 2005 Muehler v. Mena case, which happened to be a unanimous decision! Besides, if local and state enforcement of federal laws causes sooooo many problems for the feds, then let’s just tell all local and state cops to stop enforcing federal laws such as kidnapping, bank robbery, illegal drug possession/distribution/manufacturing/growing…ya see where I’m goin’?

The US newspapers don’t mention a word about it, but Canada Free Press points out that the judge in the case has no say in the matter. Only the Supreme Court can rule on it. The Constitution’s Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says: “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.” Bobbie of the Band of Bloggers gets credit for that one!

I guess even Lindsey Graham has an occasional good day. He must have read The Crawfish’s American Tradition Party Platform 2008 and decided that the ending of birthright citizenship for babies born to non-drybacks might be a good idea, although regular Claw reader and blogger BrianR has pointed out repeatedly that the 14th Amendment’s language does not give birthright citizenship to persons born here who are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States (meaning citizens of other nations).

As we have expected, the Administration is exploring ways to stop enforcing our immigration laws and give amnesty, but they know the Democrats would lose their majority in Congress PERMANENTLY if they voted for amnesty. Well, there are some memos have surfaced detailing steps that the Administration can take to circumvent Congress and the American people. Yes, Obama and his minions will do whatever it takes to give blanket amnesty to non-drybacks and to open our borders for all. Do they really want blood running freely in the streets? Do they want the people to revolt? Well…..that WOULD allow them to throw away the 2nd Amendment and declare martial law.

WANTED FOR ACCESSORY TO MURDER: Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Janet Napolitano. A Catholic nun was murdered over the weekend by an illegal alien with multiple DUI arrests. Federal authorities had released him into the population again, even though they claim he was eventually going to be deported.

The Mexican drug cartels have placed a bounty of $1,000,000.00 on the head of Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ. This is a direct threat from foreign adversaries against American authorities. Will the Administration do anything about it? Yeah, right…figger the odds. They WANT Sheriff Joe gone!

Back during the 2008 Pennsylvania Primaries, The Crawfish downloaded the Obama campaign manifesto, “The Blueprint for Change”. I ran a 16-part series tearing it apart line by line as a warning to all who were buying into the hype of “HOPEANDCHANGE! (but don’t ask any real questions)”. Now that we’ve had 18 months of The Chosen One, are my warnings proving to be true?

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Tax Cheat Timmy admitted on ABC that the “Recovery Summer” is nothing more than bovine excrement! He said that some jobs will soon be available, which will cause people who have quit searching for jobs (and are therefore not counted now in the unemployment numbers) to start searching for jobs again, and the unemployment percentage will go back up as a result. That is going to precipitate the numbers going back down if the jobs really do reappear, which he is guessing that they will eventually do. This does mean that the real numbers are probably much higher than the official 9+%.

The “No Shi’ite, Sherlock!” moment of the week comes from Israeli President Shimon Peres. In an interview, he noted that there are now millions of muslim voters (WHY???) in Britainistan, and the Brit Members of Parliament are pandering to them with pro-arab and pro-“Palestinian” bias that dates back to the partitioning of the middle east.

Over the years, and especially since the 2008 primaries, the liberals of America have repeatedly called conservatives “fascists”. Well, our good friend GunnyG has a new column up that examines fascism by its definition and compares it to everything the left in America has been doing. Guess who the fascists are!

Every once in a while, the courts in California do something that is completely shocking. Most of the time, it is not a good shock. This time, it is a very good shock!

The Dim-ocrats’ poster boy for the lack of good mental health care in our country is at it again. Representative Grayson of Florida has used over $73,000.00 of YOUR tax dollars to produce a DVD of his greatest accomplishments during his term in office and mail them to all of his constituents. Since this was not done by his campaign staff, it does not count as a campaign mailing, so all expenses are paid for by us. So what are his accomplishments? Making the rest of the Dim-ocrats look positively smart?

The people of Taxachusetts are seeing the fruits of unfettered rule of Democrats yet again. This time, the Dims in the legislature are trying to take away the citizens’ right to petition for ballot initiatives. In other words, they are going to completely shut the people out of the legislative process, with the sole exception of who they get to vote for. Since they have conditioned the majority of the people to vote for Dims no matter how screwed up they are, the legislators have no fear of the people. Do those people need a new Lexington and Concord?

Uh oh. The Dims are showing their racism and anti-Semitism again. For the millionth time The Crawfish must ask why Jews mostly vote for these people.

Ya know, I thought the Democrats were the ones going absolutely bat guano about companies that received bailout funds giving their executives huge bonuses that were essentially paid for by the taxpayers. As ESPN’s Lee Corso would say, “Not so fast, my friend!” His Eminence Sultan Bu’raq al Obama has appointed Jacob Lew to be the new head of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Mr. Lew was paid $1,100,000.00 by Citigroup, one of the big Wall Street firms that received billions in bailout money, in 2008 and received a bonus of $900,000.00 before leaving to join the Hillary! State Department. Hold on a moment. Aren’t those big bonuses supposedly made to keep the top notch people at their companies? Why did he leave Citi to join Hillary! if he had just gotten such a bonus?

Okay, here’s a hint for those who want to avoid dying earlier than necessary. If two families want to enjoy themselves on a summer day, but not a single member of either family knows how to swim, the families should NOT go play in a river. This tragedy was caused by sheer stoooopidity, which the families had been stuck on for at least 18 years, as evidenced by the names of the adolescents in the water: DeKendrix Warner (first one in trouble but was saved by someone who jumped in after him), Takeitha Warner, JaMarcus Warner, JaTavious Warner, Litrelle Stewart, LaDairus Stewart, and Latevin Stewart. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t see any of those names in the baby name books when we were starting our family 13 years ago.

The whole Shirley Sherrod controversy went haywire on Wednesday of last week. The Arrogant Imbecile (aka Press Secretary Gibbs) formally apologized to her for the Administration. The left wing reporters that make up the White House Press Pool were only asking questions about how she was treated sooooooo badly by people who didn’t get all of the facts. The Crawfish doesn’t care what kind of epiphany she had. She admitted to intentionally causing financial distress to a farmer that she was obliged by her position to help. That alone is reason for her to be permanently disqualified from government employment. The fact that it was done because she was a racist is just the cherry on the cupcake. Go back and watch the first half of the video. How many of the people in that NAACP audience are happy that she shafted a white man? Do you see a single one of them denounce her for doing so? Shirley Sherrod was NOT a victim in this matter. Yes, Andrew Breitbart should have aired the whole tape, but that would not have changed the facts one iota as I see them.

Jesse “King of the racial shakedown artists” Jackson is still trying to say that the people who showed Sherrod being a racist are the actual racists. He also believes that there needs to be a black national anthem and that “ethnic studies” (aka blacks just learning about blacks and not learning about all of American history) are a good thing. Why does anyone give him credibility?

Many of them now want to change the Senate rules so that it does not take 60 votes to break a filibuster. Let’s see what happens three years from now when the GOP controls 59 or more seats and someone brings this subject up again.

Every single time that someone from the Socialist Liar Administration steps forth and uses the terminology “jobs created or saved” you know there are trying to sell another line of bovine excrement. As Caroline Baum of Bloomberg News points out, they should be talking about “Jobs Killed or Thwarted”. The only place where job numbers are up happens to be in government, where we need to drastically CUT jobs.

How come liberals love to impose taxes on everybody, but will go to the ends of the earth to avoid paying them? We’ve got a couple of examples this week. First we have John Francois Kerry-Heinz, who is homeporting his new luxury yacht in Rhode Island to avoid Taxachusetts taxes. Not only that, but he had his yacht built in New Zealand instead of at an American (and possibly UNION) company. What a schmuck. Then we have Charlie “Ya mean I gotta pay taxes on my properties?” Rangel. As hard to believe as it is, a senior black Democrat is actually getting officially charged with violations by the House Ethics Committee and will go to trial.

So far, it seems that the federal judge in the Arizona immigration law case is standing with Governor Brewer. The Injustice Department probably thought that this judge would side with them, since she is a Democrat appointee. So solly!

Will the Obama Administration file a lawsuit against the Mexican government like they have done against Arizona? The Mexican government is deploying officials to patrol parts of Noo Yawk City because of “hate crimes” against Mexicans there. They are helping to enforce American federal laws, aren’t they, just like Governor Brewer?

Why in the world did the GOP hierarchy want Juan McLame as their nominee in 2008 when they could have had a real American like Tom Tancredo? The only candidates worth supporting that year were Tancredo and Duncan Hunter. Both are now retired from Congress, and that is our loss.

We keep trying to warn America, but the politicians and media blow us off, but we won’t stop. Islam is trying to take over the United States, and B. Hussein Obama is helping in every way that he can. One of his advisors has teamed up with the imam who wants America to be more “Sharia-compliant” and is building the mosque and muslim (terrorist training) center at Ground Zero. It gets worse. Take a look at what World Net Daily is reporting. These folks say that America is ripe for a renewal of Islam and that Islam spreads through migration. Is there any coincidence that Hezbollah agents have been found in Tijuana?

Once again, The Crawfish must ask America’s Jews why they gave 80+% of their votes to B. Hussein Obama and Hitlery! in the primaries and the same 80+% to the straight Democratic Party ticket in 2008. Are they happy with their votes now? The Hitlery! and Hussein State Department has upgraded the mission status of the terrorist group known as the Palestinian Liberation Organization from “bureau” to “general delegation”, meaning the flag of an admitted anti-Jew and anti-Israel terrorist organization can fly their flag openly in DC and members of that mission will now have DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY! Yep, ol’ Yassir Arafat’s peeps, the same ones who were dancing in the streets on 9-11, have diplomatic immunity in DC courtesy of the muslim in chief.

Does The Chosen One have any respect whatsoever for the private sector? Neal Boortz and the folks at J.P. Morgan have the answer for ya, and not a word of it is surprising to me in the least.

We know he has no respect for the law, the Constitution, or the truth. He proved it yet again when he again claimed that the SCOTUS decision in the Citizens United case regarding campaign finance reform and campaign donations opened the doors for unlimited donations by foreign corporations. As Justice Alito silently mouthed during the State of the Union Address (when Obama first made that claim while fully knowing that he was lying), NOT TRUE! He and his peeps believe what Josef Goebbels said…repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth.

The Administration, the Mexican so-called government, and the liberals keep saying that the drug cartels are using automatic weapons smuggled from America to Mexico, even though such weapons are not readily available in the USA. Us conservative types have been replying for years that the automatic weapons are coming from the Mexican government and Mexican Army. Here’s some more proof that we are correct, and that the Mexican so-called government has absolutely zero control over their own nation. Do our open borders/amnesty friends have any reply?

Oh, here’s their reply. The liberals and the media (but I repeat myself again) have imposed a complete news blackout on an act of WAR on our southern border. The drug cartel Los Zetas has invaded the United States and seized two ranches near Laredo, Texas. Why isn’t this front page news? If the American people knew what was going on, they’d demand action and a total sealing of the border, and that would make Bu’raq al Obama and Felipe Calderon look really bad. It might also make the Department of Injustice’s lawsuit against the sovereign state of Arizona appear to be another awful idea from this Administration.

If Barbara Boxer were to drop dead tomorrow, the only veterans to show up for her funeral would be (well, besides the liberals in Congress who have regularly defiled their own service) a bunch of us who would be lined up to take a wizz on her coffin. Here’s her latest outrage against our military. Notice that her spokesperson can’t respond to Boxer’s actions, but instead tries to attack her opponent for unrelated stuff.

Dingy Harry Reid has lost what little of his mind that was left. He’s telling his supporters such things as, “We’re going to have a public option. It’s just a question of when.” Not once the PEOPLE retake the House and start retaking the Senate! How about his arguing against “fear tactics of those who say Social Security is going broke. It’s not.” Uh, seriously? “Social Security is the most successful social program in the history of the world!” No, just the most successful vote-buying Ponzi scheme and boondoggle to ever be foisted upon the American people.

I heard this story while driving home from work at 12:15AM. As soon as I got home, I had to look up the term that the Administration’s peeps used. They actually called the non-dryback who was caught tending the pot fields a “displaced foreign traveler” as if he just got bumped from his flight and couldn’t get a hotel room, so he camped in the pot field. They had no problem specifying the law he broke (the one dealing with the pot, not the illegal immigration) as “Title 21 United States Code section 841, Manufacturing a Controlled Substance”, but they will do backflips to avoid saying “ILLEGAL ALIEN!”

Hmmmm…thanx to Neal Boortz, The Crawfish might just have to order a book from Amazon.com. Which side do ya think I’m gonna be on???

Don’tcha just love how liberals preach tolerance, but are completely intolerant of conservatives and Christians? Augusta State University now has a major lawsuit filed against them because they told a graduate student that in order for her to continue in her master’s degree program in counseling that she had to ditch her Christian beliefs, especially regarding homosexuality (which is considered an abomination by the holy books of the three major religions…Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), embrace “diversity”, and undergo “re-education” (the same term used by leftists regarding their concentration camps in Vietnam for the anti-communists after they were defeated by the communists and the Democrats…same thing…in 1975).

Here’s one for the Liberal Stoooopidity Awards. Florida is mandating that the lifeguard stands on Clearwater Beach be made handicap accessible. Huh? Aren’t lifeguards supposed to be able-bodied with the ability to swim out in the ocean and save someone from drowning? The Crawfish doesn’t know anybody who is in a wheelchair that can meet those requirements. Folks, ya just can’t make this kinda stuff up!

How does Eric Holder and his Injustice Department spend money on fighting crime? Well, there’s the dropping of charges against the Black Panthers. There’s the lawsuit against Arizona for their attempts to actually do some of the crime fighting that the federal government is Constitutionally-mandated to do. Then there’s the REAL crime fighting expenditures, like a police doughnut eating contest, golf vacations, rap and poetry contests, and a talent show. That’s how liberals fight crime and spend YOUR tax dollars.

As many of us scrimp a bit in order to take our families to a waterpark, or a Six Flags, or just to make a house payment so the family can use the blow-up pool in the backyard again, Barack and micHELLe host yet another high dollar party at the White House, right after vacationing in Bahh Hahbahh, Maine (and having their dog delivered to them on a separate plane). This time, they are bringing in a bunch of Broadway stars and legends to perform for them and their friends. Oh, and the performances will later be used as fundraisers for PBS. Life’s good when you party on the taxpayer dime. Of course, when you are partying on the taxpayer dime, some folks do get the shaft, but the Obamas don’t care about those “little people” despite what they claimed during the campaign. As long as the Obamas get to have their fun and luxury, they don’t care about anybody else. He always wanted to be President. He just doesn’t want to deal with the job of BEING President.

Since the oil spill started, The Chosen One has repeatedly said the he and/or his Administration “will not rest” until the situation is resolved and everything is put right. Not resting evidently includes taking vacations to North Carolina, Chicago, Maine, 12 golf outings, and White House parties with Paul “I got arrested for pot smuggling in Tokyo once” McCartney and now the Broadway elite. I wish I could “not rest” like that. On top of that, he has now asked all federal employees to cut back on travel and to carpool and such in order to reduce energy usage and pollution…right after his vacation #25. What a hypocritical piece of FOD. Is he gonna ask Queen Nanny to stop flying back and forth to Than Franthithco on her personal government 757?

Where in the world did Florida find this complete idiot? Representative Grayson is now saying that the Republicans are starving children and that Republicans believe everybody in America is already rich. The GOP is just demanding that the Democrats follow the LAW, that they themselves enacted, called PAYGO. If they want to hand out more welfare, and that’s exactly what this is, then they have to cut some of their other entitlements and unConstitutional spending to pay for it.

Lemme see if I’ve got this right. If a city or state passes a law or ordinance that says that their law enforcement personnel are going to assist the federal government by enforcing federal immigration laws, the Affirmative Action Attorney General will file lawsuits against them, but if a city or state passes an ordinance or law that says that illegal immigrants have carte blanche sanctuary and that said city or state will refuse to allow federal immigration laws to be enforced in their jurisdiction, Eric Holder and Barack Obama will do absolutely nothing but praise them. Support federal laws: bad. Violate federal laws: good. What nation are we living in?

You know that the Washington Post’s coverage (or lack of coverage) of a story is heavily biased in favor of the Obama Administration when the paper’s ombudsman writes a column about it in which he slams his own employer.

Bob Schieffer of See BS’s “Face the Nation” had Holder on for a full hour but refused to ask a single question about the Black Panther scandal. When someone asked him about his lack of questioning, he stated that he knew nothing of the situation because he had just come back from vacation. Being on vacation means you missed one of the biggest stories of the political month? Then explain how you managed to ask a lot of questions about the Russian spy ring when that story came out while you were on vacation! Bob’s leaning so far to the left that he’s about to capsize.

Schieffer isn’t the only one who is lying to the American people by saying that they didn’t know about the Black Panther case. Californication Congresscritter Brad Sherman is also completely clueless, and the people don’t believe him at all. He only had two choices: admit that he knows of the situation and be forced to criticize the Administration for their racist actions, or pull a Sergeant Schultz. If he takes the first option, Queen of the House Red Nanny P-Lousy will castrate him. If he takes the second, the people will laugh at him and call him an idiot.

During the Obamacare debate, The Chosen One pledged to a joint session of Congress, “Under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions.” When the law was signed, he issued an executive order barring federal funds from being used for abortions. So why are there now TWO states using Obamacare rules and funds to provide abortions? Does Bart Stupak feel any more like a cheap prostitute now?

King Barack I made an announcement this week that by his decree all health insurance plans will now offer a number of services and tests for free, with no deductable or co-pay allowed. Free? Who is gonna pay for them? Oh, that’s right, the eeeeeevilllll insurance companies will just have to suck up those costs, too. This is another step in making private insurance companies less profitable so they go out of business, leading to pure government health care. Anyway…where does he get the power to make such a decree? I don’t see it anywhere in my copies of the Constitution of the United States.

The next member of the Administration to be fired, or at least made to “clarify” her remarks, is Christina Romer, chairman of Obama’s Council of Economic Advisors. She admitted that the Administration’s claims of jobs “created or saved” is completely made up out of thin air. Gee, anybody who isn’t a Democrat or a member of the mainstream media…okay, I should have just said anybody who isn’t a Democrat, since the mainstream media is nothing but Democrats…coulda told you that from the first time the Administration started using those terms!

Besides, since when does the Obama Administration really care about non-government and non-union jobs? Their actions during the auto manufacturer bailout prove that the destruction of private businesses is one of their real goals. If they can get 50+% of the people dependent upon the gummint for all of their income, then the Donkeys will have a permanent majority in the House, Senate, and Presidency, since those 50+% will never vote to slash their own income.

The idiots in Taxachusetts are trying to rid our nation of the Constitution one step at a time. The state’s House and Senate have approved a bill that is an attempt by a national organization to get rid of the Electoral College and make the winner of the popular vote the winner of the election. This does dovetail with the paragraph that immediately precedes this one, don’t it?

The NAACP passed a resolution calling the Tea Party movement racist, and yet here is a video of the US Department of Agriculture Director of Rural Development for Georgia telling an NAACP crowd that she screwed over a white farmer solely because of his race and because she THOUGHT he was trying to act like he was superior to her. Everything is about race to these people, yet they claim that conservatives and whites are the racists. At least Agriculture Secretary Vilsack had the fortitude to fire her when those remarks became publicized. Actually, he did better than that. He forced her to resign, which means she doesn’t get unemployment checks.

Then again, she doesn’t need the unemployment checks. She and her husband were founders of a group that just a couple of years ago sued the US Department of Agriculture for RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and won millions. She and her husband even got extra bonuses of $150,000.00 each for “pain and suffering” in the matter. Note that her husband’s profession is listed in the article as “civil rights activist”, which means that in all probability both she and her husband have shown themselves to be racists in the past.

While we’re talking about racists, here’s a nice video of an exchange between Giraldo and Malik Shabazz of the New Black Panther Party. Shabazz flat out states that blacks cannot be racists because they were oppressed 150 years ago.

The black folks in one North Carolina city believe in segregation, with the exception of the public schools. That’s the message The Crawfish gets when he reads this story about the blacks and NAACP protesting a school district’s decision to stop forced bussing and let the kids go to the schools in their own parts of town. If the blacks of the city lived among the whites, their kids would go to the same schools without the bussing. Can anybody show where bussing and forced desegregation has helped school students perform better? Okay, we have a nomination for the stooooopidest statement of the year. Queen of the House Red Nanny P-Lousy says that unemployment checks are an economic stimulus and create jobs. Just how many of your brain cells must you kill to come up with that kind of idiocy?

We’ve all been watching and waiting for the complete collapse of California’s economy and government because of their excessive spending, regulations, and taxes, but it appears that another liberal-dominated state is going to win the race. Corruptionois can’t pay its bills, not even for essential services. This is what Obama, P-Lousy, and Dingy Harry want to see happen to our entire nation!

That kinda fits in with this column. Don’t ask me why, but I had an urge this week to search for a music video on YouTube. My all-time favorite band, Rush, was the guest of NASA for the April 12, 1981 launch of STS-1, the first orbital mission of the Space Shuttle. The Shuttle was the Columbia, and the pilots were John Young and Robert Crippen, both of the United States Navy. The band wrote the song “Countdown” after the event, and the song includes many of the sounds and radio calls from the launch. It was released on the album “Signals”, and when they played it in concert, scenes from the launch were displayed on a video screen above the stage. The Crawfish went to the Dallas show of that tour. It may never have been a big hit song, but it remains one of my personal favorites.

While we’re on the subject of NASA, regular Claw-contributor “INTHENOW” sent along this gem about Dear Leaders newly announced top 3 objectives for NASA. The first two make some sense, as they are to “re-inspire children” and “expand our international relationships”, although that second one could really be not-so-good considering who the nations are that he wants to have “relationships” with (Iran, Syria, North Korea, the Palestinian Authority…). The third objective is one gigantic red flag: “reach out to the muslim world”. While he keeps on proclaiming that the only way to end the recession and reduce our deficits is to spend, spend, spend, the others have noted that governmental spending is what has caused the big debt crises, and they want the nations of the G-20 to cut their deficit spending by at least 50% by 2013.

Regular Claw contributor “Beachmom” sends along this video showing that in Dearborn, Michigan, the police officially describe handing out Christian material “disorderly conduct”. You see, Dearborn is heavily populated by the Followers of the Pedophilic False Prophet, and in the lands of the Pedophilic False Prophet it is illegal to possess Christian literature or to preach Christianity. Dearborn is now, evidently, a muslim nation unto itself. Notice in this report of the incident from the Associated Press that the police chief’s name is Haddad, which is a muslim name, but he says he’s taking no side in this “dispute”, although he does allow his officers to make illegal arrests in support of Islam.

The Rabbinical Alliance of America is an organization made up of over 800 Orthodox rabbis, and they are coming out in opposition to The Anointed One’s choice of Elena Kagan for the Supreme Court. They are even pleading to Republican Senators to launch a filibuster against Kagan. You see, Kagan claims to be a Jew, but the rabbis had this to say about her: “It is clear from Ms. Kagan’s record on issues such as abortion-on-demand, partial-birth-abortion, the radical homosexual and lesbian agenda, the ‘supremacy’ of the anti-family panoply over religious liberties of biblical adherents, et. al., that she will function as a flame-throwing radical, hastening society’s already steep decline into Sodom and Gomorrah.” Amen, brothers!

If this little exchange doesn’t enlighten you as to the ignorance and left wing nuttiness of Elena Kagan, I don’t know what will. Even Ginsburg seems to believe that Kagan is an idiot with no valid argument!

Kagan’s testimony before the Senate has shown her to be completely unqualified to be a judge, much less an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. In this video, she says that the Constitution was meant to be interpreted over time, which means simply that the actual words of the Constitution don’t matter at all. She also said that there are times in which she might cite foreign laws in making decisions. Sorry, but the only laws that matter are the ones of our nation.

The liberals that own the city of Filthadelphia absolutely hate anything that represents patriotism and moral values, unless it is one of their tourist sites. They especially hate the Boy Scouts of America, and tried to ban them from the city-owned building that the Scouts had built and maintained under an agreement from 1928. At the heart of the matter is anti-morality liberalism in the form of heterophobic rights groups. The Scouts don’t allow queers, because their lifestyle is amoral and is opposed by the holy books of the three major world religions. Liberals CELEBRATE immoral behavior. A federal jury said that the Scouts are in the right.

The Supreme Court, in their “Citizens United” case, overturned the blatantly anti-Constitutional McLame-Feingold Act and its prohibition of free speech in political campaigns. This Angered The Chosen One and the rest of the Dim-ocrats to no end. His Majesty attacked the Supremes to their face, while intentionally mischaracterizing the case and ruling (also called LYING about it), in his State of the Disunion address, with his Thug Party minions cheering and jeering all around the Supremes. Upchuck Schumer called the ruling (and thereby the First Amendment) “un-American.” He and the rest of the Dim-ocrats promised to get around it as soon as possible. Yes, they promised to get around the Constitution for their own political purposes. Well, now they appear to have done just that with the passage of the DISCLOSE Act, which severely limits campaign spending by companies of groups that received government bailouts and puts completely silly disclosure requirements on advertising that would cause the average 30-second radio or TV ad to have only about 10 seconds of issue and 20 seconds of disclosing who paid for the ad and who approved it. The bill also specifically exempts unions from all of the rules of this bill and lets them shuffle their money around so nobody that they support has to deal with the restrictions either. It is as if the Democrats believe that the First and Fifth Amendments have been overturned. Do they actually believe that this can pass any court besides the Ninth Circus?

The Congressional assault on freedom didn’t stop there. On Friday morning, Congress passed another 2,000+ page bill that nobody has read that will completely overhaul our financial system, although it will do absolutely NOTHING about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the two government-supported organizations that caused the current financial situation. Even Senator “Countrywide” Dodd said , “No one will know until this is actually in place how it works. But we believe we’ve done something that has been needed for a long time. It took a crisis to bring us to the point where we could actually get this job done.” In other words, the Democrats have put a whole bunch of junk in here to appeal to their base, but none of them knows what’s really in there.

The Supreme Court rules on the Second Amendment this week, with the usual four suspects declaring that the Second Amendment does not exist. Why is it possible for members of a nation’s highest court to not be able to read the nation’s Constitution? At least the majority rules properly, and this one was a biggie. Of course, being typical liberals and using the Chicago Way, Mayor Daley declared that the city would have a new ordinance in place soon to replace the one overturned by the Supremes. Sounds just like the liberal reaction to the Citizens United case.

Representative Pete Stark (D-People’s Republic of California), when a member of the Minutemen wants to ask him a question asks the Minuteman “Who are you going to kill today?” The anti-American Congresscritter then has the cojones to say that the border is secure. Check out his condescending attitude, smugness, and arrogance in this video. There is a small advertisement first, but the video is worth the wait. This guy needs to be brought up on sedition charges. As for his “Who are you going to kill today?” comment, Poll Katz e-mailer “REC48” had a retort that fits. He said “Anyone carrying a bag of drugs. The rest we’ll just wound a little in the ass as they retreat from the sound of gunfire.”

As Houston’s Police Chief, Harold Hurtt was a supporter of “sanctuary cities” and opposed ICE’s programs that called for assistance by local cops to do the job. Now he has been selected by the Obama Administration for a position at Homeland Security that oversees partnerships between federal and local cops regarding immigration. In other words, he opposes the very policies that he is in charge of. The widow of one of his officers has filed a lawsuit against him because of his failure to comply with immigration laws, which directly lead to the shooting death of her husband by a non-dryback.

While the “government” of Felipe Calderone is portraying the teenager who was shot and killed by our Border Patrol as some kind of innocent victim, reality has seeped to the surface. This same little angel had been caught at least four times smuggling drugs across the border. In other words, he should have been shot long ago.

I really don’t understand why there’s such a fuss over these comments by Joe Barton, who was MY Congresscritter until the last round of redistricting after the 2000 census. He’s got a legitimate point and takes care to point out that BP should be completely liable for all damages and subject to possible prosecution. I e-mailed his office (here’s the link…link courtesy of fellow blogger AfterShock), and this is what I said:

When my wife and I first bought our house, we were in your district. Even though we are represented by Kay Granger now, we still support you.
What the GOP leadership did to you this week was reprehensible. I have watched the entirety of your comments regarding BP, and you were spot on. You stated that BP was liable for all damages and was possibly criminally negligent. What more do the leaders want? Oh, that’s right. You called out the Administration for their anti-Constitutional tactics and their Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton-style shakedown. It is about time somebody in the GOP had the intestinal fortitude to call it like it is with this bunch.

In another case of “do as we say, not as we do”, the Administration is heavily criticizing BP’s CEO for participating in a yacht race over the weekend, but defending Hi s Majesty’s golf outing, saying he needed to “decompress”. I could understand that if he was actually behaving Presidential. Anyway, does he not think that the BP CEO might need to decompress as well? I do believe the BP CEO has been under a bit more stress lately.

This is too rich. The Chosen One and his sidekick Gaffes are kicking off a six-week campaign and media event that they’re calling “Recovery Summer” to highlight all of the jobs that they and the so-called “stimulus” have created. This comes just a week after the latest jobs figures showed that in April there were 431,000 jobs created, but that 411,000 of them are temporary census jobs, and it comes on the same day as the latest unemployment numbers came out showing an increase in first-time claims to 472,000. You really can’t believe a word that comes from those two idiots.

A tribe in Connecticut whose casino earned every single man, woman, and child of the tribe almost $30,000.00 last year (more for those who also work there) benefitted greatly from their friendliness with retiring Senator Chris “Countrywide” “Freddie and Fannie” Dodd. He managed to steer $54,000,000.00 from the so-called “stimulus” to the Mohegan Tribe. I wish I could get a check for almost $120,000.00 for my family of four every year without working at all and still get porkulus money sent my way.

But wait…I found yet another waste of quite a bit of your tax dollars! Actually, Michelle (***sigh***) Malkin found it, but I found it on her website!

This waste of taxpayer money is even more appalling! Why do we need to study condom use for IV drug users, and an even bigger why for having that study in KAZAKHSTAN! Anti-American moronity seems to have no bounds when you are dealing with the left and unionized public schools. A boy’s patriotic hat is “not appropriate” because it has little green Army men on it and (HORROR OF HORRORS!) they have GUNS! The principal said he could wear the hat if the Army men were replaced with ones that have no guns. So….medics and chaplains only, although the red cross on the medic helmets is a Christian symbol, so he’s verboten, and the chaplain is only okay if he’s a muslim chaplain. Does the Obama Administration really want to take care of the oil spill, or do they just want to use it as a political tool to get Crrap-and-Tax passed and to bash Big Oil? First they get the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers to halt Louisiana’s plan to build sand berms to stop the oil from reaching the coast (which was a part of the Coast Guard’s approved contingency plans), with the excuse being that there first needed to be an Environmental Impact Study. Which is a bigger environmental problem: sand offshore or oil onshore? Now Governor Jindal’s usage of oil-skimming barges has been halted by the Coast Guard even though the barges have been proven to work.

Governor Jindal eventually started building the sand berms anyway, but now the Moron in Chief has sic’d the US Fish and Wildlife Department on the State of Louisiana, halting the berm construction once again. The excuse this time is that the dredging operation that gets the sand for the berms is taking place in a sensitive area, and that the sand needs to be taken from another area farther offshore, which will take more time to do and will cost more money. Ain’t it amazin’ how the anti-capitalists use supposedly environmental concerns to ruin the environment in order to attack capitalism in the form of energy companies?

Obama’s Labor Secretary is setting up a phone line for non-drybacks to call in if they’re not treated “fairly” in the workplace. For them to be treated “fairly” should mean that they are deported and their employers jailed.

The Crawfish ain’t sayin’ that the border situation under the Obama Administration is completely outta control, but stories like this one and this one and even this one seem to point out that we’re at a critical point down there. It really would be nice to have a government that gave a damn about our national security.

While the Administration says he’s lying, The Crawfish is inclined to believe Senator Kyl of Arizona when he says that Barack Hussein Obama told him that he won’t get serious about border security until the GOP gives in on “comprehensive immigration reform” (aka AMNESTY). We told you that the promises that Dear Leader made regarding Obamacare were nothing but lies, especially his promise that if you like your current insurance plan you can keep it. This week, Dear Leader quietly made sure that most plans that were supposedly “grandfathered” in will not be allowed to carry forward. The Crawfish wonders why there were no headlines about this. This is a really sad statement concerning the City of Brotherly Hate and the rest of the nation. Having lived on the outskirts of Filthadelphia for 7 of the past 15 years, I can’t claim to be surprised one bit.

Let us all hope that if it comes down to it, this story is actually true. I THINK the Saudis would play ball, but you can never be sure with muslims and Israel.

Meanwhile, there is no denying that the Obama Administration opposes the continued existence of Israel. The Obamites will support a UN investigation of Israel’s actions against the terrorism flotilla, but note that the investigation will not be looking into the purpose of the flotilla and the roles that Turkey, Hamas, and many groups associated with the Muslim Brotherhood played in the event.

James Cole is The Chosen One’s nominee for the position of Deputy Attorney General. In 2002, James Cole proved himself to be an idiot of the highest order. He proclaimed that the attacks of September 11, 2001, were NOT an act of war, but rather were just “criminal acts”. First of all, they are not “extremists” at all, but rather are warriors of Islam carrying out the commandments of the Koran, which says that all non-believers must be converted, enslaved, or put to the sword (that means murdered or otherwise killed for those of you who voted for Obama). Secondly, they are not victims of political, economic, and social forces. They embrace those forces, since those forces are called ISLAM!

Regular Claw reader “Peppermint” sent along an article that will probably only be a surprise in that Obama admitted this before his time in office was complete. He told the Egyptian Foreign Minister that he is indeed a muslim. Was there really any doubt?

The next head of the Church of England is a lover of Islam as well, which is probably good for him since his family and the British government have been allowing the muzzies to take over parts of the country.

Another liberal judge has imposed his will upon a village in Noo Yawk. Since the village is mostly white, the Hispanics haven’t been able to get one of their candidates elected as a village trustee. The solution? Give everybody 6 votes, which they can use for 6 candidates, or even give all 6 to a single candidate. Where does the Constitution give the government the right to interfere with local elections? Oh, that’s right…IT DOESN’T!
