in West Virginia and Arizona that are also pretending to be State
Defense Forces.
None of these groups are state defense forces/state guards.

CHAPTER 33 - EMBLEMS, INSIGNIA, AND NAMES
Sec. 702. - Uniform of armed forces and Public Health Service
Whoever, in any place within the jurisdiction of the United States or in the Canal Zone, without authority, wears the uniform or a distinctive part thereof or anything similar to a distinctive part of the uniform of any of the armed forces of the United States, Public Health Service or any auxiliary of such, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

* The Joint Force Multiplier Command (JFMC) Official Provisional Temporary Reserve is comprised of: The United States National Defense Force Support Command USNDFSCOM- established in 1986 and The United States National Maritime Homeland Defense Guard USNMHDG- established in 2002.
* United States National Defense Force Support Command
32 USC Section 109 pertains only to creating state defense forces.
32 USC Section 109 gives rights only to state governments.
32 USC Section 109 does not give any rights to private groups.
