SOCCOAST Afloat
Work toward an associate, bachelor's or master's degree through SOCCOAST Afloat. The courses are offered though CD-ROM so that servicemembers aboard ships and cutters can take them. Best of all, the Coast Guard foots the bill.

To enroll in SOCCOAST Afloat, contact your installation's Educational Services Office. You’ll need to bring two completed documents to the office:
