Navy College Fund

The Navy College Fund (NCF) may add an additional $15,000 in educational benefits to your MGIB-AD benefits, for a total of up to $50,000. To be eligible, you must enlist in a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) that the Navy designates as critical or for which there is a shortage.

The program is better known as a Montgomery GI Bill kicker. The kicker is given to selected recruits upon enlistment. Usually these recruits are high school graduates with an Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) score of 50 or higher, but not always.
