Montgomery GI Bill-Active Duty Top-Up

Top-Up is offered through MGIB-AD. It permits active duty servicemembers to supplement the Tuition Assistance (TA) offered by their branch of the service. For Example

Say you are taking Accounting 1 and the tuition is $1,000, but your Tuition Assistance only pays $750 of that. Usually Top-Up will contribute the remaining $250, in which case you can take Accounting 1 with zero out-of-pocket for tuition.
