Location and team
KEMA Medical is seeking a large account coordinator in our Chalfont, PA offices to perform administrative and office support duties in an effective manner, to include maintaining an efficient and organized work environment; relieve management of administrative details whenever possible; and work with management to keep projects on schedule. The successful candidate will support the regional manager and project leaders in all areas of KEMA Medical administrative activities.
Tasks may include
-    Manage KEMA Medical's largest account, including audit planning, issuing of reports, issue of quotes and invoices, maintain certification notice, certificates etc.
-    Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
-    Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
-    Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, shredding, scanning and filing
-    Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system
-    Utilize the Access database system to enter customer information, obtain work order numbers and update files
-    Perform all invoicing for specific accounts
-    Learn and maintain knowledge of CE and ISO standards and processes
-    Maintain calendar and work with Support Office/Project Leaders to schedule visits with clients
What we're asking
-    A High School diploma and/or Bachelors degree
-    5 - 10 years of clerical support experience
-    Ability to make decisions within established guidelines
-    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package and telephone protocol
-    Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
-    Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-    Organized/ systematic nature

Qualifications :
