QinetiQ North America's Services & Solutions Group is seeking a VoIP Lead Network Engineer for our current program in Washington DC.

The EOUSA Project provides installation and O&M Tier II/III support for VoIP phone systems in 250 regional offices throughout the US. This individual will provide leadership support for the O&M support team responding to tier II/III requests from the existing installed locations or the new locations as they come on line.
This individual will be the lead for the Operations and Maintenance of the Enterprise VoIP systems at DOJ Headquarters and the sites in the field. The O&M responsibility will be leadership of the team, meeting the SLAs for Tier II/III support and providing expertise in planning and budgeting of the overall effort.
The Principal Network Engineer with more than 12 years of information technology and management experience, who has the ability to manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks for delivery in a timely fashion. This individual needs to be an expert in Cisco data and voice technologies, and setting up Cisco Call Managers and other predominant VoIP technologies. This individual needs to have a diverse skill set, working in several areas, including: Internet Service Provider (ISP) networks, Voice Consulting, Disaster Recovery, and Data Center management. This individual needs to be highly organized with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, which allow them to be effective in many roles. This individual should have experience with a variety of programs, including: Cisco Voice Solutions Unified Call Manager (versions 4.2, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and Call Manager Express), Cisco Unity Connection 8.5, and IP Routing protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, and TCP/IP.
Twelve years of related (telecommunication analysis) experience. US citizenship required. Secret clearance preferred..
M.S., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
B.S., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
