Reviews requests for proposals and assists proposal team in developing sophistiacated pricing models and associated business case. Works with internal organizations to determine anticipated direct labor and overhead rates, material requirements, equipment costs and bid strategies. Analyzes estimates against previous cost experience and recommends adjustments.

May participate in negotiation of contract proposals, engineering changes of price re-determination.
Conducts detailed analysis on labor requirements to establish baseline costs or effect cost reductions.
