Active Duty Military Pay

In addition to base pay, active duty pay is supplemented by a Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS), a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), an annual pay raise and additional raises after every two years of service. If you live off base, you may also receive a Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH).
